1-Positive thinking produces positive believing-

3-Vision without action is a daydream, action without vision is a nightmare-
4-The only people to get even with are those who have helped you-

Strange thought-character density-the number of strange people in the office-

I've learned-it is taking me a long time to become the person I want to be!-

1-God can't do anything through us until he is allowed in us-
2-It is not that the eternal existence of God is contrary to reason, rather it is beyond reason-
3-You can't foolishly waste your money and expect God to bless you financially-
4-You can't take advantage of others and not ultimately be taken advantage of yourself-
5-Jesus doesn't restrict your freedom, he extends it-

Strange thought-when aiming for the common denominator, be prepared for the occasional
Division by zero

4-In order to hide behind something, you've got to be smaller than what you are hiding behind-

A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET-WE DID RECEIVE A LITTLE RAIN YESTERDAY AND WHATEVER WE RECEIVED WAS HELPFUL BUT WE STILL NEED SEVERAL INCHES MORE- here are my thoughts for today-
1- Your christian attitude should be contagious-
2-God has no grandchildren-
3-If you don't want to share, it is likely you have nothing to share-
4-If you are not living in the will of God, you are uncomfortable in the word of God-

1-You can no more be negative and Christian than you can be atheist and Christian-
2-There is no such thing as a "Sunday Christian"-
3-If you pray you don't need to worry and if you don't pray it does you no good to worry-
4-The more you thank God for what you have the more you will have to thank God for-
5-God is Lord of all or he is not Lord at all-

Strange thought-thieves who steal corn from a garden should be charged with stalking!

1-We do not come to Jesus to be loved but because we are loved by him-

Sunday July 15, 2007 thought for the day

Returned from a good time with my parents and brother, wife and one son-I did find my parents not as well as the last time I saw them-mother seems to be getting more forgetful and is having a great deal of difficulty getting up out of a chair and seems to be more stressful than before-she however seems to be eating very well--I think dad is also getting more forgetful and because of his right leg problem is shuffling much more-he also seems to be eating very well --I will go back to see them in 6-8 weeks if they don't need me before that-here are my thoughts for today-
1-You cannot correct what you are unwilling to confront-
2-Familiarity often breeds disrespect-
3-Never complain about what you permit-

HELLO!--HELLO!--I'M BACK! --I missed being here this past week while on vacation to Virginia-it and also West Virginia are beautiful states to drive through-it was really nice to be there but as you all know there is no place quite like home-so, are you ready--here are my thoughts of today-
1-a blindness to the sacred is the cause of all evil-
2-The source of the problem of evil is the resistance to God's holiness-
3-Justice is the handmaiden of truth, so when truth dies so does justice-
4-Anytime scripture is quoted for the purpose of advancing ones selfish aims, light is turned into darkness-
5-The word of a person is only as good as they are-

Hello to everyone-we'll be leaving very early tomorrow for a weeks vacation so this will be the last "t f t d" until we return-going to Virginia to see our oldest grandson graduate from high school-here are my thoughts for today-
1-The opposite of absolute evil is not absolute goodness but absolute holiness-
2-There is no right way to live life without a script-fortunately there is one-God"s word-
3-Goodness is a choice not an effect-
4-There are lines that commitment will not cross because when they are crossed it ceases to be love-
5-Meaninglessness does not come from being weary of pain but from being weary of pleasure-

A BLESSED GOOD MORNING TO ALL OF YOU- here are my thoughts for today-
1-Having the freedom to love when you may choose not to love is to give love legitimate meaning-
2-Denying freedom to make choices and chose only good is not asking for love but compulsion-
3-You cannot gain the highest ethics without the freedom to choose it-
4-To deny evil is real does not diminish wickedness-
5-Holiness is not merely goodness-

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT IS JUNE ALREADY?-THIS YEAR IS FLYING BY-IF ANY OF YOU SEE MY WIFE PAT THIS WEEKEND BE SURE AND WISH HER A HAPPY BIRTHDAY (CAN'T TELL YOU WHICH ONE BUT IT IS THE ONE THAT FOLLOWS 65)-
Here are my thoughts for today-
1-Wisdom reveals itself by what it produces-
2-Christianity is not a lead into the dark, it is a well placed trust in the light-Jesus-
3-To give truth to someone who does not want it is like feeding pearls to pigs-
4-Abortion in the womb in the name of personal choice is still death-
5-The miracle of walking on water is a pretty small thing for Jesus who created the molecules of water in the first place-
