THIS IS HOW IT LOOKS WHERE WE LIVE-EVERYTHING COVERED WITH AT LEAST 8" OF SNOW-OF COURSE IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!-BUT NOT GOOD FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE AND WORK IN IT-HOPING YOUR DAY WILL BE GREAT-here are my thoughts for today-
1-You are usually tested in the areas of your greatest weakness-
2-God often uses your spouse to be the mirror to reveal areas where you need to change-ouch!!
3-It is in the struggle that you get the strength-
4-You can't learn to trust God if you have no problems-
5-God is looking for willing and obedient people-

I believe-your life can be changed in a matter of minutes by people who don't even know you-

I've learned-even small children have the right to privacy

I HOPE YOUR CHRISTMAS SEASON IS FILLED WITH GOOD TIDINGS OF GREAT JOY AND YOU ARE RECEIVING CHRISTMAS CARDS FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS BOTH NEAR AND FAR-here are my thoughts for today-
1-God doesn't look for ability but availability-
2-Christians should live to give-
3-Christians should be the most generous of all people-
4-The happiest people are givers not takers-
5-It is hard to see others problems when your eyes are on your own-

I believe-even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help-

I've learned-the person who says something can't be done is often interrupted by someone doing it-

WE RECEIVED ABOUT 2" OF SNOW OVERNIGHT AND ARE EXPECTED TO RECEIVE 3-5" MORE-ISN'T
WINTER LOVELY??-here are my thoughts for today-
1-God is at work in your life whether you can see it or not-
2-Learn to trust God's timing-
3-If we get out of God's timing, it is the same as getting out of His will-
4-It is in the tough times of life that we learn what we are made of-
5-Usually God is more interested in change me than in changing my circumstances-

I believe-two people can look at the same thing and see something totally different-

I've learned-to become successful, it helps to dress the part-

JESUS-THIS TIME OF YEAR IS ALL ABOUT JESUS-OR AT LEAST IT SHOULD BE-IT IS NOT A HOLIDAY
BUT A CELEBRATION OF THE BIRTH OF THE SAVIOR-LET'S NOT FORGET THAT IN ALL THE BUSYNESS
OF DECORATING, SHOPPING AND BUYING PRESENTS-SAY "MERRY CHRISTMAS" TO EVERYONE YOU
MEET!!!!!-here are my thoughts for today-
1-No one can make you feel inferior without your consent-

1-God wants to take your disappointments and turn them into reappointment's-
2-Trust God enough to not put a question mark where He has put a period-
3-Don't let regrets of yesterday destroy the hopes and dreams of tomorrow-
4-When we keep focusing on our disappointments we stop God from bringing new blessings into our lives-
5-When you've done your best, keep on keeping on-

I believe-our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become-

HOW IS EVERYONE TODAY-HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH ALL OF YOU-here are my thoughts for today-
1-Keep on doing the right thing-
2-You don't have to fix everything that happens to you-
3-The greater the struggle the greater the reward-
4-God can take your worst battlefield and turn it into your greatest blessing field-
5-God wants to take your scars and turn them into stars-

I believe-it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others, sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself-

I've learned-a full life is not determined by how long you live, but how well-

WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GETING MORE BAD WEATHER TODAY-MORE ICY
RAIN-HOPE YOU ARE SAFE AND WARM-here are my thoughts for today-
1-When you hold on to poisons from your past you only hurt yourself-
2-The walls you build around yourself to keep others out are only keeping you penned in-
3-Unforgiveness keeps your prayers from being answered-
4-Forgiving is a choice not an option-
5-Getting mad or getting even are not options to the Christian-

I believe-maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from
them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated-

I've learned-if you want to cheer up yourself, you should try cheering up someone else-

Monday December 10, 2007 thought for the day

As expected, we received our ice storm yesterday which means everything was covered with ice-the roads were of course slick but the trees were beautiful-they are saying more of it for tonight-here are my thoughts for today-
1-being angry at something in your past is a non productive waste of energy-
2-a bitter root produces bitter fruit-
3-the longer we hold on to resentment the deeper the root of bitterness grows-
4-if you refuse to deal with bitterness it will take over your health and life-
5-you can have success on the outside and still be bitter on the inside-

I believe-sometimes when I am angry I have the right to be angry but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel-

I've learned-if you don't focus on the money but on doing a good job, the money will come-

3-Unless you let go of the old, God will not bring the new-
4-You must decide if you want to get well or do you just want others to feel sorry for you-

2-God never promised that life would be fair only that the reward would be worth the journey-

I'm sorry there is no picture today-I accidently deleted my file of unused pictures so I will have to try and build up a new set-that may take awhile so please bear with me--by the way, can anyone help me in trying to recapture the pictures I lost??-here are my thoughts for today-
1-God did not give us the promises in the bible simply to read and enjoy but to boldly declare them in our life-
2-With authority comes responsibility-
3-A blessing is not a blessing until it is spoken-
4-Spoken words can never be taken back-
5-If you are bitter and resentful, it is because you allow yourself to be that way-

I believe-heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done-

I've learned-I cannot change the past but I can let it go!!!!

HERE IS A PRETTY CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA JUST FOR YOU-here are my thoughts for today-
1-You can't speak words of failure and expect to live in victory-
2-In times of trouble be very careful what you say-
3-Stop telling God how big your problem is and start telling your problem how big your God is-
4-Stop cursing the darkness and light a candle-
5-Your words will either make you or break you-

I believe-either you control your attitude or it controls you!!

I've learned- I don't feel my age as long as I focus on my dreams instead of my regrets!!

UNBELIEVABLE PICTURE!!!!-here are my thoughts for today-
1-If you want to change your life, you must change your focus-

5-You can't unscramble eggs but God can take the scrambled eggs of your life and make an
