If you are up to it you might try making up a list of the many ways up is used-it will take up a lot of time but if you don't give up you may wind up with a long list-

5-You won't discover your life's purpose by looking within yourself-

5-When we praise god our own hearts are filled with joy-

5-Learning to love god and be loved by him should be the greatest objective of our life-

Why is it up to the secretary to write up a report??
