A BEAUTIFUL FALL SCENE
HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Victory is not getting your own way in your life, it is getting God's way in your life-
2-Isn't it amazing what God can do and does do with our limited surrender?
3-Anger blocks forgiveness and forgiveness negates anger-
4-Wise people learn from their mistakes-
5-All I have seen teaches me to trust the creator for all I have not seen-
STRANGE THOUGHT-Why do some people want a post graduate degree from the university of anxiety?
I'VE LEARNED-Today's greed is tomorrows embezzlement-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-At Jesus' second coming, will he have the same body he left with?
2-How will Jesus appear to everyone at once at his second coming?
3-How should Christians look forward to the judgement-with hope or with fear?
4-What time span is covered by "the last days"?
5-Are "the last days" still to come or are we in them?
BIBLE TRIVIA --- Who laughed at Nehemiah's plans to rebuild Jerusalem?
Yesterday's answer--The father of the prodigal son Luke 15:25
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY PSALMS 76
1 People in Judah know God; his fame is great in Israel.
2 His tent is in Jerusalem; his home is on Mount Zion.
3 There God broke the flaming arrows, the shields, the swords, and the weapons of war.
4 God, how wonderful you are! You are more splendid than the hills full of animals.
5 The brave soldiers were stripped as they lay asleep in death. Not one warrior had the strength to stop it.
6 God of Jacob, when you spoke strongly, horses and riders fell dead.
7 You are feared; no one can stand against you when you are angry.
8 From heaven you gave the decision, and the earth was afraid and silent.
9 God, you stood up to judge and to save the needy people of the earth.
10 People praise you for your anger against evil. Those who live through your anger are stopped from doing more evil.
11 Make and keep your promises to the Lord you God. From all around, gifts should come to the God we worship.
12 God breaks the spirits of great leaders; the kings on earth fear him.
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
