A PRETTY FALL SCENE

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-When the heart is right, the feet are swift-

2-Cursing at the darkness does not make it light-

3-If we wait to see before we believe, we will never see-

4-Don't let the urgent take the place of the important-

5-We appreciate what a person does but we affirm who a person is-

STRANGE THOUGHT-The best safety device is a rear view mirror with a police car in view-

I'VE LEARNED-You can't come from where you haven't been-

1-Was Joseph absent from Jesus' adult life?

2-People with leprosy in biblical times were treated as outcasts, but when the Syrian general Namaan came to Elisha for healing, he was not--why not?

3-The book of the law (containing the 10 commandments) received by Moses was a guideline for people who were obedient to God--why is it not followed by Christians today?

4-Why is Jerusalem called the city of Zion?

5-Who were the people called "medes"?

46 Lord, how long will this go on? Will you ignore us forever? How long will your anger burn like a fire?

47 Remember how short my life is. Why did you create us? For nothing?

48 What person alive will not die? Who can escape the grave?

49 Lord, where is your love from times past, which in your loyalty you promised to David?

50 Lord, remember how they insulted your servant; remember how I have suffered the insults of the nations.

51 Lord,remember how your enemies insulted you and how they insulted your appointed king wherever he went.

52 Praise the Lord forever! Amen and amen.
