Wednesday December 30, 2009 thought for the day

IT IS COMING SOON!!!

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-When we commit to God's leading we release ourselves from fret and worry-
2-The truth often makes people uncomfortable-
3-When you get a real vision of God, then you can really see yourself-
4-God never asks for more than you have but he does want all you have-
5-To experience love, you must give it away-

STRANGE THOUGHT-I tried working in a muffler shop but it was too exhausting-

I'VE LEARNED-Under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved-

DID YOU KNOW-George Washington had to borrow money to go to his own inauguration-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Was it Judas' purpose in life to be the betrayer of Jesus?
2-On what mountain was the Sermon on the Mount given-
3-Was Jesus giving his disciples and fellow Jews the sermon on the mount as a replacement for God giving the Law to Moses on Mount Sinai as a guide for their conduct and living for him?
4-The Centurion who came to Jesus to ask for healing for his servant had to be a Roman gentile--what caused him to believe in a Jewish messiah?
5-Did the Centurion who asked Jesus to heal his servant believe Jesus was God or just a miracle healing Jew?

BIBLE TRIVIA-Esther is the first book in the Bible not to mention the name of God. What is the second book?
Yesterday's answer-Zerubbabel and Joshua (Ezra 3)

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY PSALM 117
1 All the nations, praise the Lord. All you people, praise him
2 because the Lord loves us very much, and his truth is everlasting. Praise the Lord!

I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
