3-A servant is one who sees a need and does something about it-

4-True love motivates to service-

5-True worship is not about anything you can see-

STRANGE THOUGHT-It is hard to pet a porcupine-

I'VE LEARNED-Your habits define your character-

DID YOU KNOW-Clinophobia is the fear of beds-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Is salvation conditional?

2-Do we have "eternal security" when we are saved?

3-Should a person who speaks in tongues in public interpret what they have said?

4-Can speaking in tongues be a known language for which you have never studied?

5-Can you be filled with the Holy Spirit and not have the gift of speaking in tongues?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY LUKE 9:1-6

Jesus Sends Out the Apostles

¹ Jesus called the twelve apostles together and gave them power and authority over all demons and the ability to heal sicknesses.

² He sent the apostles out to tell about God's kingdom and to heal the sick.

³ He said to them, "Take nothing for your trip, neither a walking stick, bag, bread, money, or extra clothes.

⁴ When you enter a house, stay there until it is time to leave.

⁵ If people do not welcome you, shake the dust off of your feet as you leave the town, as a warning to them."

⁶ So the apostles went out and traveled through all the towns, preaching the Good News and healing people everywhere.
