HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Words are containers of power-
2-An empty grave does not a resurrection make-
3-God has a "third day" for your life-
4-Making an excuse is our way of justifying our behavior-
5-The door that shuts out one part of the house opens to another-
STRANGE THOUGHT-You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity-
I'VE LEARNED-What one person receives without working for, another must work for without receiving it-
DID YOU KNOW-The grand jury used to write ignoramus on the backs of indictments not found or not to be sent to court. This was often misconstrued as an indication of the stupidity of the jury, hence its present meaning-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Can a Christian live a righteous life without being persecuted?
2-Were all the people who went into the ark righteous people?
3-Can you live a sinless life when filled with the Holy Spirit?
4-If you sin, does the Holy Spirit leave your life?
5-How do you determine God's will for a church when there are good and Godly people who disagree on decisions to be made?
BIBLE TRIVIA-What Ammonite woman, a wife of Solomon, became the mother of the royal dynasty of Judah?
Yesterday's answer-Naamah, daughter of Lamech
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY LUKE 11:24-28
The Empty Person
24 "When an evil spirit comes out of a person, it travels through dry places, looking for a place to rest. But when it finds no place, it says, 'I will go back to the house I left.' 25 And when it comes back, it finds that house swept clean and made neat. 26 Then the evil spirit goes out and brings seven other spirits more evil than it is, and they go in and live there. So the person has even more trouble than before."People Who Are Truly Blessed
27 As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out to Jesus, "Blessed is the mother who gave birth to you and nursed you."28 But Jesus said, "No, blessed are those who hear the teaching of God and obey it."
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
