HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-Satan uses lavishness and waste to create discontent and selfish ambition-

2-Don't let the urgent things take priority over the important things-

3-A Christian should never be discontent because others are doing better than they are-

4-Every Christian family should be directly involved with the needs of another family-

5-Good behavior needs affirming-

STRANGE THOUGHT-Those who get too big for their britches will be exposed in the end-

I'VE LEARNED-Speed does not always mean progress-

DID YOU KNOW-A fox's tail is called a brush-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-What is God's joy in us?

2-How do you have joy in the midst of life's difficulties?

3-Can a Christian be unhappy, down or grumpy?

4-Why are we surprised when sinners sin?

5-Does God allow or cause things to happen to us?

Is the Christ the Son of David?

⁴¹ Then Jesus said, "Why do people say that the Christ is the Son of David? ⁴² In the book of Psalms, David himself says:
'The Lord said to my Lord,
"Sit by me at my right side,
⁴³ until I put your enemies under your control." ' — Psalm 110:1
⁴⁴ David calls the Christ 'Lord,' so how can the Christ be his son?"

Jesus Accuses Some Leaders

⁴⁵ While all the people were listening, Jesus said to his followers, ⁴⁶ "Beware of the teachers of the law. They like to walk around wearing fancy clothes, and they love for people to greet them with respect in the marketplaces. They love to have the most important seats in the synagogues and at feasts. ⁴⁷ But they cheat widows and steal their houses and then try to make themselves look good by saying long prayers. They will receive a greater punishment."
