HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-Love is living your life for the benefit of others-

2-Those who hate others really hate themselves-

3-They who master their time master their life-

4-No wonder angels rejoice when a sinner repents for they know another work of art is to grace the gallery of God-

5-How you look at life determines how you live life-

STRANGE THOUGHT-Weight an evangelist carries with God-1 billigram-

I'VE LEARNED-Cleaning your house while your kids are still growing is like shoveling the driveway while it is still snowing-

DID YOU KNOW-You use more calories eating celery than there are in celery itself-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Why isn't it an insult to call Jesus the "lamb" of God.

2-If there had been no Pilate or angry Jewish leaders, would there still have been a crucifixion?

3-Do Christians allow their culture to define who they are?

4-If the Jewish people had not rejected Jesus as the messiah, would the Gentiles have had the opportunity to do so?

5-Is the Holy Spirit a person as we know a person to be?

Paul Wants to Visit Them Again

¹⁷ Brothers and sisters, though we were separated from you for a short time, our thoughts were still with you. We wanted very much to see you and tried hard to do so.¹⁸ We wanted to come to you. I, Paul, tried to come more than once, but Satan stopped us.¹⁹ You are our hope, our joy, and the crown we will take pride in when our Lord Jesus Christ comes.²⁰ Truly you are our glory and our joy.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

O GOD, who guides the meek in judgment and makes the light rise out of darkness for the godly; Grant me, in all my doubts and uncertainties, the grace to ask what you would have me do, that the Spirit of Wisdom may save me from all false choices, and that in your light I may see light, and in your straight path may not stumble; through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Amen.
