1-God doesn't look at our theology but does look at our heart-

STRANGE THOUGHT-Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket-

I'VE LEARNED-Love doesn't require you to be perfect, it does require you to forgive-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Did Jesus plan his own death or was it the fathers doing?

2-Why do we know almost nothing about Jesus' immediate or extended family?

3-During the 3 years of ministry, was Jesus always on the go and where would he have stayed?

4-How did Jesus and his disciples support themselves during his ministry?

5-Was John the Baptist ever baptized?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY 1 Corinthians 10:18-22

¹⁸ Think about the Israelites: Do not those who eat the sacrifices share in the altar?¹⁹ I do not mean that the food sacrificed to an idol is important. I do not mean that an idol is anything at all.²⁰ But I say that what is sacrificed to idols is offered to demons, not to God. And I do not want you to share anything with demons.²¹ You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons also. You cannot share in the Lord's table and the table of demons.²² Are we trying to make the Lord jealous? We are not stronger than he is, are we?

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, as we faithfully serve You it is not for our fulfillment but for the fulfillment of the Great Commission that the Gospel message be delivered at home and abroad to the outermost parts of the earth. No matter our Christian service, whether great or small, when it is offered in Your name it brings reward, often visible here and now but at times unseen by the human eye. Help us to go forth in confidence and walk in obedience as we seek to glorify Your name. Amen.
