1-Did Jesus teach in parables to confuse his listeners?
2-Why were foreign coins not accepted in the temple in buying animals for the temple sacrifice?
3-Did John the Baptist really eat live locusts or was it the fruit of the carob or locust tree?
4-If the Jews were forbidden to eat pork products, why was it okay for them to raise something forbidden to eat?
5-Isn't it strange that dogs in Israel were considered unclean and yet in Egypt they were esteemed and associated with their gods?

1-My only hope of peace with God is through the salvation of Jesus-

1-Real love is the ability to love the imperfect-
2-An expression of anger is a cry for help-
3-The good things in life we must pay for in advance, the evil things we do we generally pay for on the installment plan-
4-To be led gently we must follow willingly-
5-Your concept of sin is based on your concept of God-

I'VE LEARNED-Envy is a waste of time for you already have all you need-

1-Is the church sometimes guilty of being quick to criticize and slow to love?
2-Is the church sometimes guilty of being too quick to "shot its wounded"?
3 Does good works come naturally out of a person who is saved?
4-When Jesus said he didn't know those who prophesied, cast out demons and did good works in his name, was it because they had another sinful side to them?
5-Why are Christians so critical of other Christian denominations?

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-If the father is the head of the family, the mother is the heart of the home-
2-Where the spirit of God leads, the grace of God provides-
3-As goes the Sabbath, so goes Christianity-
4-Impatience is rebelling against waiting for God's will-
5-Separation is not isolation--"Ye are in the world but not of the world"

I'VE LEARNED-Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now-

5-In the parable of the 10 virgins, would the bridegroom have criticized the 5 virgins with oil if they had shared with the 5 who did not?

5-While we are praying for sinners to come to Jesus, he is asking us to go to sinners-

I'VE LEARNED-Read the Psalms for they cover every human emotions-
DID YOU KNOW-President John F. Kennedy's rocking chair was auctioned off for $442,000.

1-What is a "little white lie"?
2-How much perfection should we strive for in being a Christian?
3-Why should we always be striving to be "better Christians"?
4-Is Jesus never satisfied with who we are?
5-When we aren't "better" Christians, are we sinning?
