HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Christians are-forgiven, forgiving and for giving-
2-The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith and the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety-
3-There is no panic in trust-
4-What you are is what you look at, who you are is what you do-
5-The way we are facing has a lot to do with our destination-
STRANGE THOUGHT-Sandwich spread is what people get when they snack too much between meals-
I've learned-When someone tell you nothing is impossible, ask them to dribble a football-
DID YOU KNOW-De. Seuss pronounced his name so it would rhyme with rejoice-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Had God somehow informed Adam/Eve and Cain/Able that blood sacrifices were the only acceptable offerings?
2-Was Cain the first rebellious son?
3-If Adam and Eve had been used to each other being naked in the Garden of Eden, why would they feel uncomfortable that way after leaving the Garden?
4-Why were the fig leaf coverings made by Adam and Eve not sufficient that God had to make garments of animal skins for them?
5-Did Adam and Eve's children have animal skin coverings? If so, where did they come from?
BIBLE TRIVIA-Who was the second women mentioned in the Bible?
Yesterday's answer-Jael
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY LUKE 3:16-20
16 John answered everyone, "I baptize you with water, but there is one coming who is greater than I am. I am not good enough to untie his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.
17 He will come ready to clean the grain, separating the good grain from the chaff. He will put the good part of the grain into his barn, but he will burn the chaff with a fire that cannot be put out.
18 And John continued to preach the Good News, saying many other things to encourage the people.
19 But John spoke against Herod, the governor, because of his sin with Herodias, the wife of Herod's brother, and because of the many other evil things Herod did.
20 So Herod did something even worse: He put John in prison.
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
