HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Getting to know Jesus takes time and is a process-
2-The brighter the truth, the clearer you see-
3-The Bible is the only book which you can talk to the author while you
read it-
4-"Whoever believes in him (Jesus) will not perish but have everlasting
life"-
5-Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is uncertain. Today is here so use it
wisely-
STRANGE THOUGHT-A drain must be opened up
because it is plugged up-
I'VE LEARNED-Abundance tends to flow back to
those who give-
DID YOU KNOW-The average person speaks about
31,500 words per day-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Is Sunday legitimately the Sabbath of scripture?
2-If God wanted Saturday to be the Sabbath, why didn't he have Jesus
crucified on Thursday and resurrected on Saturday?
3-Moses was on Mount Sinai waiting for the ten commandments for 40 days and
nights. Is there significance in the number 40?
4-Did Moses eat or drink anything while on mount Sinai waiting on God for
the ten commandments?
5-Why did the Ark of the Covenant contain only Aaron's rod, a pot of manna
and the two tablets of the law?
BIBLE TRIVIA-Whom did God ask-“Why
are you angry? Why do you look so unhappy? 7 If
you do things well, I will accept you, but if you do not do them well, sin is
ready to attack you. Sin wants you, but you must rule over it.”

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY Proverbs 5:1-2

pay attention to my wisdom;
Listen to my words of
understanding.
2 Be
careful to use good sense,
And watch what you
say.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, we are grateful for the boundaries You place throughout Scripture that are solely for our protection. Often it’s to protect us from the devil who lurks waiting for the opportunity to pounce and other times it’s to protect us from our own vain vices that can be equally destructive. Wise us up so that we don’t resent or rebel against that which is for our own eternal good. Rather help us to see that You are an all-wise, all-knowing God who looks after us and sets boundaries so that we don’t lose sight of our spiritual heritage here on earth which will pave the way for our eternal inheritance in heaven. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
