HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-The one who rows the boat generally doesn't have time to rock it-

2-An optimist is someone who tells you to cheer up when things are going his way-

3-Never explain-your friends do not need it and your enemies will not believe it anyway-

4-If you don't get everything you want, think of the things you don't get that you don't want-

5-Don't condemn--don't criticize--don't complain

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-He who has a thing to sell and whispers in a well is not so apt to get the dollars as he who climbs a tree and hollers-

 

I'VE LEARNED-To get what you want, stop doing what isn't working-

 

DID YOU KNOW-Pound for pound, hamburgers costs more than new cars-

 

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Why are some people motivated to Jesus and so many are not?

2-Do you have to say words (silent or audible) to pray?

3-Were there any other Philistines that were as tall as Goliath?

4-After killing Goliath, David cut off his head and took it with him.  What did he do with it and what happened to it?

5-Can you really control hitting the target with a sling shot?

We do not know what to do, but we do not give up the hope of living. ⁹ We are persecuted, but God does not leave us. We are hurt sometimes, but we are not destroyed. ¹⁰ We carry the death of Jesus in our own bodies so that the life of Jesus can also be seen in our bodies.

Jesus, I will not quit!  I will trust you and persevere.  Amen

 

MAY YOU HAVE ENOUGH HAPPINESS TO MAKE YOU SWEET, ENOUGH TRIALS TO MAKE YOU STRONG, ENOUGH SORROW TO KEEP YOU HUMAN AND ENOUGH HOPE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY-
