HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Anger is sin only when expressed as hostility-

2-People don't backslide by failure, only by not confessing it and asking forgiveness-

3-Zeal without wisdom is confusion-

4-It is hard to remember in the dark what you learned in the light-

5-We are not to be coper's but conquerors-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it-

 

I'VE LEARNED-Jesus statement "do not judge" is not a blanket command against all critical thinking, but a call to be discerning rather than negative-

 

DID YOU KNOW-Tabasco sauce is made by fermenting vinegar and hot peppers in a French oak barrel that has three inches of salt on top and is aged for three years until all the salt is diffused through the barrel-

⁶ This makes you very happy, even though now for a short time different kinds of troubles may make you sad. ⁷ These troubles come to prove that your faith is pure. This purity of faith is worth more than gold, which can be proved to be pure by fire but will ruin. But the purity of your faith will bring you praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is shown to you.

Father, whenever pain enters my life, help me respond in a way that is pleasing to you.  May everything I do bring you glory.  Amen
