THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Christian living is not burning out, not rusting out, but living out for
God-
2-Never contend with someone who has nothing to lose-
3-A boat that stays in the harbor never encounters danger, but it also
never gets anywhere-
4-When you are impatient you become rude-
5-The less you do, the less you want to do-
STRANGE THOUGHT

this?"-
I'VE LEARNED
You can't change your past but your future is what you make it, starting
right now-
DID YOU KNOW
It cost more to buy a car today than it cost Christopher Columbus to equip
and undertake three voyages to the New World-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Why was the Holy Spirit sent to earth when Jesus returned to his
father?
2-Does God use us because of who we are or inspite of who we are?
3-What is the primary function of the Holy Spirit?
4-How important is tradition to Christianity?
5-How do you know if someone is a christian?

SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY
2 Corinthians 9:6-8
6 Remember this:
The person who plants a little will have a small harvest, but the person who
plants a lot will have a big harvest. 7 Each of you should give as you
have decided in your heart to give. You should not be sad when you give, and you
should not give because you feel forced to give. God loves the person who gives
happily. 8 And God can give you more blessings than you need. Then
you will always have plenty of everything—enough to give to every good work.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Father, your word tells me that you love
generously, and I want to reflect your generous love by giving generously of all
you have entrusted to me-
