THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-A personal relationship with God cannot be handed down from parent to children.  Everyone has to commit to it on their own-
2-Jesus birth was unannounced except for shepherds and foreigners-
3-The fact that something is not wrong in itself does not mean that it is good for you at any given time-
4-In the Gospels, twelve men are usually called the disciples, but in he book or Acts they are called apostles-
5-Jesus loves the whole world even though it is in rebellion against God-

Momentum is what you give a person when they are going away-

1-The religious leaders were determined to kill Jesus and they broke several commandments in order to do so-
2-It is ironic that's Barabbas was guilty of the crime for which Jesus was accused-being a rebel  who claimed to be a king and thus a threat to Caesar-
3-The stone over Jesus' tomb was not rolled aside so Jesus could get out, but so others could get in and see that Jesus had indeed risen from the dead, just as he promised-
4-The resurrection of Jesus is the corner stone of the christian faith-
5-Baptism symbolizes submission to Jesus, a willingness to live God's way, and identification with God's covenant people-

THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-"Real" isn't who is with you at your celebration.  "Real" is who is standing next to you at rock bottom-
2-I don't care how attractive you think you look. If you have an ugly heart, you are ugly-
3-Time is precious.  Make sure you spend it with the right people-
4-I will never regret getting older.  I know too many people who never had that privilege-
5-If I am wrong, educate me, don't belittle me-

Blood flows down one leg and up the other-
 
I'VE LEARNED
If your heart is full of God's love, you always have something to give-

1-Did Jesus own anything besides his robe and sandals?
2-How did Jesus obtain his clothing?

1-Some people will never change and you just have to accept that-
2-Never define anyone by their relationship status, income or their looks.  It is their generosity, kindness and compassion that really count-
3-Nobody is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, but some mistakes teach you great lessons and make you a better person-
4-As we grow older, we don't lose friends, we just learn who the real ones are-
5-Be kind to unkind people, they need it the most-

Water is composed of two gins-oxygen and hydrogen-
 
I'VE LEARNED
It is possible to give away and become richer. It is also possible to hold on too tightly and lose everything-

1-Is God actually a father or is it a symbolic reference?
2-Why didn't Jesus speak first to the two hanging thieves about their need for repentance?

1-When you are standing at the intersection of your skill and God's call, you are standing at the corner of Promised Land Ave and Glory Days Boulevard-
2-What brings you joy says a lot about who you are-
3-You don't have to seek God's blessing, all you have to do is seek God and his blessings come automatically from him-
4-Having a place to go is home.  Having someone to love is family.  Having both is a blessing-
5-The chains of habit are generally too small to be felt until they are too strong to be broken-
 
STRANGE THOUGHT
H2O is hot water and C2O is cold water-
 
I'VE LEARNED
Charity gives itself rich, covetousness hoards itself poor-
 
DID YOU KNOW

1-What caused the one thief to say to Jesus "Remember me when you come into your kingdom?
2-Was the sign put on Jesus' cross a proclamation or a mockery?
3-Why was there two additional crosses on Calvary with Jesus, why not more, only one or none?
4-Was Golgotha a regular crucifixion site?
5-Could it be that the two crosses on Calvary with Jesus symbolize God's gift to us of choice?
