Monday May 6, 2019 thought for the day

THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Open your arms to change but hold on to your values-
2-It takes rain to make a rainbow-
3-The bridges you cross before you come to them are almost always over rivers that aren’t there-
4-If someone lies to you once, they will do it again-
5-Be who you are not what someone thinks you are-

STRANGE THOUGHT
What did Adam say the day before Christmas?
Answer-  It’s Christmas Eve-

I’VE LEARNED
The “Tree of Life” in the new heaven is a restored version of the same tree in the Garden of Eden-

DID YOU KNOW
You are more likely to get stung by a bee in windy weather than in any other weather condition-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-When God made the Garden of Eden, was the rest of the earth created also?
2-Does God have a body and soul?
3-Is being “saved” the same as being “born again”?
4-What does it mean to be “born of the Spirit”?
5-When does a believer receive the Holy Spirit?

BIBLE TRIVIA
Where did Jesus deliver his final discourse?
Answer for today     Mount of Olives     Matthew 24:3   And as He sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Thy coming and of the end of the world?”

SCRIPTURE
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.             James 5:16 KJ21

PRAYER

Father, help me to have a heart for people.  Help me to live and love people so that they may come to know you-

MAY YOU HAVE ENOUGH HAPPINESS TO MAKE YOU SWEET, ENOUGH TRIALS TO MAKE YOU STRONG, ENOUGH SORROW TO KEEP YOU HUMAN AND ENOUGH HOPE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY-
