HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-Your future is in your obedience to God-

2-God only prospers you so you can use it to bless others-

3-If we limit God, we limit ourselves-

4-God can make bad things into good things for his people-

5-God's anointing means furnishing what the believers need-

STRANGE THOUGHT-It is easier to pour than to pump-

I'VE LEARNED-The best bridge between despair and hope is often a good night's sleep-

DID YOU KNOW-The only fifteen letter word that can be spelled without repeating a letter is uncopyrightable-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Is there anything God does not know?

2-If the earth is God's creation, does he rule and control it?

3-How can we say God is in control of this earth when so much devastation and evil exists?

4-Is Jesus a historic person outside of scripture?

5-Why could old testament people not look directly into the face of God and yet new testament people could look at Jesus directly?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY 1 John 1:5-10

God Forgives Our Sins

⁵ Here is the message we have heard from Christ and now announce to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all. ⁶ So if we say we have fellowship with God, but we continue living in darkness, we are liars and do not follow the truth.⁷ But if we live in the light, as God is in the light, we can share fellowship with each other. Then the blood of Jesus, God's Son, cleanses us from every sin.

⁸ If we say we have no sin, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth is not in us.⁹ But if we confess our sins, he will forgive our sins, because we can trust God to do what is right. He will cleanse us from all the wrongs we have done.¹⁰ If we say we have not sinned, we make God a liar, and we do not accept God's teaching.
