HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-There is a difference between being blameless and not guilty-

2-When God puts you in a waiting room, it is for a reason-

3-You can be sad and glad at the same time-

4-How we treat money and what it buys is how we treat ourselves and others-

5-To plan where you want to go you need to know where you are-

STRANGE THOUGHT-I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant-

I'VE LEARNED-Ideas not coupled with action never become bigger than the brain cells they occupied-

DID YOU KNOW-Each year, Americans spend more on cat food than on baby food-

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY Romans 8:22-25

²² We know that everything God made has been waiting until now in pain, like a woman ready to give birth.²³ Not only the world, but we also have been waiting with pain inside us. We have the Spirit as the first part of God's promise. So we are waiting for God to finish making us his own children, which means our bodies will be made free.²⁴ We were saved, and we have this hope. If we see what we are waiting for, that is not really hope. People do not hope for something they already have.²⁵ But we are hoping for something we do not have yet, and we are waiting for it patiently.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, we can be devoured by the evil that surrounds us if we don’t walk in the light of Your truth. We want to walk in the true wisdom that comes from heaven, not in the flawed wisdom that comes from the world. Help us to make the most of every opportunity to stand up for divine truth in our speech and in our actions. We want to be the light that shines forth revealing the creeping darkness of our land so that we can show others the way to eternal life. In the name of Your dear Son, Jesus, we pray. Amen.
