THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Perseverance is a virtue but sticking to your guns when you are out of
bullets is bullheaded-
2-Happiness isn't found searching for it but it comes quietly while you are
helping others-
3-Don't advertise your troubles for there is no market for them-
4-The key to getting what you want is not being afraid-
5-It takes a crises to teach us we can't take the next moment for
granted-
STRANGE THOUGHT-People who spend too much time trying to play their cards
right are apt to get lost in the shuffle-
I'VE LEARNED-If you plant goodness, you will reap friends-
DID YOU KNOW-The Titanic's radio call sign was "MGY"
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-How do we know we are doing something "in Christ"?
2-What is true worship?
3-How do you know when you have wisdom?
4-Is the Christian assured their trials will produce good in their
life?
5-Are all Christians prejudiced in some way?
BIBLE TRIVIA-Romans 2:24- "just
as the Scriptures say: “Those who are not Jews speak against God’s name because
of you" is a new testament verse from what book in the old
testament?
Answer for today Isaiah
SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY Psalm
36:7-9
7 God, your love
is so precious!
You protect people in the shadow of your wings.
8 They eat the rich food in your house,
And you let them drink from your river of pleasure.
9 You are the giver of life.
Your light lets us enjoy life.
You protect people in the shadow of your wings.
8 They eat the rich food in your house,
And you let them drink from your river of pleasure.
9 You are the giver of life.
Your light lets us enjoy life.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Father, the shadow of your wings is a place of
protection, and more. There I am reminded of your remarkable love for needy me
and of your generous provision of those needs.
