Tuesday June 8, 2010 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-It doesn't do any harm to smile and say "Good Morning" even if it is raining-
2-If you must speak ill of another, do not speak it. Write it in the sand near the waters edge-
3-Perseverance is a virtue but sticking to your guns when you are out of bullets is bullheaded-
4-Happiness isn't found searching for it. It comes quietly while you are helping others-
5-Don't advertise your troubles for there is no market for them-
STRANGE THOUGHT-If time heals all wounds, how come the belly button always stays the same?
I'VE LEARNED-The key to getting what you want is not being afraid-
DID YOU KNOW-Every day, more money is printed for Monopoly than by the US Treasury-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Does your head need to be covered with water to be baptized?
2-Is it okay to be baptized more than once?
3-Is there a consequence to not being baptized?
4-When does God become our heavenly father?
5-Is baptism required to get into heaven?
BIBLE TRIVIA-As a Nazarite, this judge of Israel never shaved or had a haircut until his mistress shaved his head. Who was he?
Yesterday's answer-Paul
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY MARK 11:15-19
15 When Jesus returned to Jerusalem, he went into the Temple and began to throw out those who were buying and selling there. He turned over the tables of those who were exchanging different kinds of money and he upset the benches of those who were selling doves.
16 Jesus refused to allow anyone to carry goods through the Temple courts.
17 Then he taught the people, saying, "It is written in the Scriptures, "My Temple will be called a house for prayer for people from all nations.' but you are changing God's house into a hideout for robbers.' "
18 The leading priests and the teachers of the law heard all this and began trying to find a way to kill Jesus. They were afraid of him, because all the people were amazed at his teaching.
19 That evening, Jesus and his followers left the city.
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
