HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Your place at God's table is based on his mercy, not your
performance-
2-A bad attitude is like a flat tire, you can't go anywhere until you
change it-
3-The key to heaven was hung on a cross-
4-People are more likely to listen to us if we first listen to them-
5-You can never do a kindness too soon because you never know how soon it
will be too late-
STRANGE THOUGHT-Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with
hopes that something new to eat will have materialized?
I'VE LEARNED-Friendship is God loving us through someone else-
DID YOU KNOW-There is only a one in seven chance that a burglary in the
United States will be solved-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Why did God cause thousands of innocent men in Israel to die as part of
punishment for David's wrong actions in taking a census of Israel?
2-In the Old Testament why were there so massive numbers of animals
slaughtered at a time for sacrifices?
3-What did the name "Cabul" mean?
4-Why did the Queen of Sheba come over 1000 miles just to see King
Solomon?
5-What was the Queen of Sheba's home country?
BIBLE TRIVIA-What was the name of the angel who appeared to Mary and
Zacharias?

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, Your steadfast love never ceases and Your mercies are renewed daily. You deliver, heal, restore, and sustain us. Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. In Your compassion You delivered the Israelites time after time and You do the same for us. We’ve grown to expect it and therefore we often take for granted Your kind provisions, Your delivering power and Your sustaining grace that guides us through each step of our journey. We can walk in confidence because we walk in step with Your Spirit, for Your Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. We need not fear the future but trust You for everything we have need of. It is in Christ’s name that we pray. Amen
