THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Selfishness never finds satisfaction-

2-7 sins of a dying society-wealth without work, pleasure without conscience, knowledge without character, business without ethics, science without humanity, religion without sacrifice, politics without principle-

3-No amount of sacrifice can get back what was lost in disobedience-

4-Without wealth there is no loss, without health there is some loss, without character all is lost-

5-You cannot shake hands with a clenched fist-

Most of the practices of the early church were matters of apostolic tradition or custom, not written instructions-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-What is the image of God we are created in?

2-The Bible says we are created in the image of God and God is Spirit.  How can that be when we are physical sensual beings?

3-Is sex between husband and wife a sanctified act?

4-How does a husband and wife having sex become one flesh?

5-Did sin enter the world through the action of Eve or the inaction of Adam?
