1-God loves us each individually and offers salvation  to each of us personally-

2-"Saving faith" is not accomplished through human efforts but is a gift of God and his grace-

4-Jesus wanted to be seen as the Savior and not  primarily a miracle worker-

5-When mercy is lacking, then religious formalities are meaningless-

THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-If you avoid conflict to keep the peace you start a war inside yourself-

2-You can't do what you want until you know what you are doing-

3-The old testament predicted a Messiah and a suffering servant but not that the Messiah would be the suffereing servant-

4-When a person is born again, they are not immune to sin, but they are no longer a slave to sin-

5-To "believe" does not mean mere intellectal acknowledgment that jesus is God, it is putting our trust and confidence in him that he can save us-entrusting our eternal destiny to him and him alone-

For every problem there is a simple solution,  unfortunately it is usually wrong-

Romans 4:13-16   Abraham and his descendants received the promise that they would get the whole world. He did not receive that promise through the law, but through being right with God by his faith. ¹⁴ If people could receive what God promised by following the law, then faith is worthless. 1-If we are saved by grace, we will be kept by this same grace-

2-Respect is earned but honor is given-

4-In the natural world it doesn't make sense that you will have more if you give more but God's kingdom operates on the principle of sowing and reaping-

5-We have to realize that everything we need in thisife has been given to us in seed form.  We set the blessings of God into motion in our life when we plant those seeds and give what we have-

2-Absolute goodness is a trait of God, belonging to God alone-

3-Love is not only a quality but also an action-  

4-The Bible teaches that humans are not born "good" but rather with evil intent in their heart-

5-Love is the supreme characteristic of God-

1-No one can believe in Jesus without God's help-

2-The word "believers"means to continue to believe.  We do not believe merely once.  We keep on believing in and trusting in Jesus-

3-Joy is an inevitable part of the christian life and yet so few enjoy it-

4-You cannot make yourself happy, but you can make yourself rejoice-

5-Happiness comes from happenings but joy may be within in spite of happenings-

1-A parent can touch a whole generation just by loving their own child well-

The quality of your diet has a direct impact on your health-
