Saturday May 2, 2020 thought for the day

THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Be careful of your thoughts for they may become words at any moment-
2-Stress is a fact of life but doesn’t have to be a way of life-
3-When you pray, claim what isn’t, as if it were, till it becomes-
4-The trouble with trouble is that it often starts out as fun-
5-To belittle is to be little-

STRANGE THOUGHTS
A boiled egg is hard to beat

I’VE LEARNED-
If you have 3 quarters, 4 dimes, and 4 pennies you have $1.19.  This is the  largest amount of money in coins without being able to make  change for a dollar-

DID YOU KNOW
According to Shakespeare, what is the 4th  of the seven ages of man?

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Those who die as Christians, do their soul go directly into the presence of God?  It so, where does the soul of the unbeliever go?
2-Were was the soul of Lazarus the four days his body was dead?
3-Did Jesus have a soul and if so, what happened to it when he died in his crucifixion?
4-If the soul leaves  the Christian’s body at death, why do we need a resurrected body?
5-If there is a resurrection of a new body, does it  join up with the departed soul in the presence of God?

BIBLE TRIVIA
Who was adopted by Mordecai as his own daughter?
Answer for today     Esther   2:7

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY
And this is the boldness we have in God’s presence: that if we ask God for anything that agrees with what he wants, he hears us. If we know he hears us every time we ask him, we know we have what we ask from him.

PRAYER

Father, help us to make prayer a priority in our lives-

-TODAY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN.  BE A BLESSING, BE A FRIEND, ENCOURAGE SOMEONE, TAKE TIME TO CARE.  LET YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS HEAL AND NOT WOUND-
