1-We often try to claim goodness by comparing ourselves to others-

2-If Hell is the absence of God, then for me to live with the absence of God is to be already on the road to Hell-

3-There is sorrow to delayed salvation because your tears are tears of what was lost before you came to God-

4-One of the hard truths of scripture is to understand that we do not earn our way to heaven-

5-Good works have a place as a demonstration of receiving Gods forgiveness but not as a merit badge of having earned it-

4-Why did all the Egyptians have to suffer when it was Pharaoh who chose not to let the Hebrews go?
