HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-We should always be content but not complacent-
2-Success and happiness are never an accident but the result of intentional
living-
3-You reap the harvest in your future of the seeds you sow in your
present-
4-Victory does not come in a day, it comes daily-
5-Don't be driven by your problems, be led by your dreams-
STRANGE THOUGHT-a paradigm shift is when you move two dimes from one pocket
to another-
I'VE LEARNED-Sometimes God will trust us with tragedy
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Why were the apostles not to go to the Gentiles or Samaritans but to the
Jews only?
2-Why are we so amazed that many believers are so severely persecuted when
Jesus said "all men will hate you because of me"?
3-If Jesus is the Prince of Peace why did he say "Do not suppose that I
have come to bring peace to the earth but a sword"?
4-After John the Baptist's head had been given to the two women who wanted
it, what happened to it?
5-Did John the Baptist know what kind of death he would have?
Answer for today He poured meal into it 2 Kings 4:38-41
SCRIPTURE FOR THJE DAY 2 Corinthians 3:18
18 Our faces, then, are not covered. We all show the Lord’s
glory, and we are being changed to be like him. This change in us brings ever
greater glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
Father, we love to view the sunrise which
is the instant at which the upper edge of the sun appears over
the eastern horizon in the morning. Your order of the universe is ever
dependable and precise, never reliant on the will nor power of the humans You
created. The morning also brings us word of Your unfailing love, and
especially so for those who put their trust in You. We seek to be unwavering in
our faith and confident in Your plans for our life as we stand on Your unending
promises. Even as we daily experience Your goodness and faithfulness we will be
sustained by Your constant presence and guidance in our life since You promise
never to leave nor forsake us. You are faithful and we are grateful that we can
stand on the Solid Rock, firm and secure. It is in the name of Jesus that we
come to You in prayer. Amen.
