HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Cursing is a sinful heart trying to express anger-

2-Practice the presence of the Holy Spirit-

3-When answers are not enough there is Jesus-   

4-God will not condone in the heart of the christian what he condemns in the heart of the sinner-

5-Be careful not to do the right thing for the wrong reason-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-Indecision is under the weather-

 

I'VE LEARNED-I feared pain until I learned it is necessary for growth-

 

DID YOU KNOW-Celebrating Christmas was once illegal in England-

 

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-If you were arrested today for being a christian would there be enough evidence to convict you?

2-Did Jesus have a normal childhood?

3-What name would Jesus parents have called him?

4-How would earthly parents raise the perfect son of God in an imperfect household?

5-Would Joseph or Mary ever have had to discipline Jesus?

⁸ Control yourselves and be careful! The devil, your enemy, goes around like a roaring lion looking for someone to eat. ⁹ Refuse to give in to him, by standing strong in your faith. You know that your Christian family all over the world is having the same kinds of suffering.

 

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

 

Thank you father that your word is a lamp, giving me specific truths, and a light providing general truths.  Both enable me to know more clearly the path you want me to walk.
