THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-The most difficult thing to give away is kindness, it is usually returned-

2-Child of God, please call home-

3-Christianity is not a new lease on life, but a new life-

4-I am happy to wear the name of Jesus-

5-I know God is real for I have inside information-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-Show me a man with both feet firmly on the ground, and I'll show you a man who can't get his pants off-

1-If you were arrested for being a christian would there be enough evidence to convict you?

2-Have we made it so easy to be a christian that we have made it difficult to be a truly committed one?

3-Is tithing and stewardship of money the same thing?

¹¹ I have told you these things so that you can have the same joy I have and so that your joy will be the fullest possible joy.

¹² “This is my command: Love each other as I have loved you. ¹³ The greatest love a person can show is to die for his friends. ¹⁴ You are my friends if you do what I command you. ¹⁵ I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know what his master is doing. But I call you friends, because I have made known to you everything I heard from my Father. ¹⁶ You did not choose me; I chose you. And I gave you this work: to go and produce fruit, fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you anything you ask for in my name. ¹⁷ This is my command: Love each other.

 

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

 

Father, show me today people who need to be loved.  Give me your eyes to see them as you do.  Help me to love selflessly and with compassion.

 

TODAY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. BE A BESSING, BE A FRIEND, ENCOURAGE SOMEONE, TAKE TIME TO CARE. LET YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS HEAL AND NOT WOUND-
