THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-I always know the right thing to say after the right time to say it has passed-

2-Sign at the front door-"one beautiful person and one old grouch lives here"-

3-You do what you can and God will see that your talents are not wasted-

4-Believe and receive, doubt and do without-

5-When you love someone, you love them as they are-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-33%of the people say they won't have money to cover their holiday spending.  Those people are called congress-

 

I'VE LEARNED-The best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your arm-

 

DID YOU KNOW-The actors in the first English play to be preformed in America were arrested, as acting was considered evil-

 

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Must there be uniformity to have unity?

2-Have there been genetic changes caused by sin?

3-How do we know if we are obeying God in everything?

4-Is church attendance necessary for christian living?

5-Is there sanctification without consecration?

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

 

Father, my efforts to manage and micro manage don't succeed very well.  Yet I struggle to leave total control to you, even though you alone have accurate knowledge of what is best as well as the ability to do the impossible.  Teach me to let go more readily, more completely, that I may know your perfect peace-
