THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-There are times when life’s conductor stops the
drums and only the flute is allowed to play-
2-God became a man in order to convince man to
trust God-
3-God sees our faults and failures but he also
sees our value-
4-God’s goodness comes from his nature, not by
our worthiness-
5-Solitude and no service equals selfishness-
STRANGE THOUGHT
I went to a tourist information booth and asked
“tell me about some of the people who were here last year”-
I’VE LEARNED
Everything can change in the blink of an eye, but
don’t worry, God never blinks-
DID YOU KNOW
Crocodiles cannot stick their tongues out-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-How did Old Testament and New Testament people
become righteous?
2-How could Lot be called a righteous man in
scripture?
3-Were some things permitted in the Old Testament
that we now consider as sin?
4-Were some things considered wrong in the Old
Testament that we now consider okay?
5-Does God still punish the children for the sins
of their fathers?
BIBLE TRIVIA
What are the four rivers connected with the
Garden of Eden?
Answer for
today Gihon, Pison Tigris, and
Euphrates Genesis 2:10-14 0 A river watering the garden flowed
from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The
name of the first is the Pison; it winds through the entire land of
Havilah, where there is gold. (The
gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.) The
name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of
Cush. 14 The name of the
third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the
fourth river is the Euphrates.
