Thursday July 24, 2014 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Becoming a parent is not difficult  but it is very difficult to be a parent-
2-You always have time for the things you put first-
3-The Biblical meaning of peace never denotes the absence of trouble-
4-Peace is not the absence of negatives but the presence of positives-
5-The quieter we become the more we can hear-

STRANGE THOUGHT-When was he last time you did something for the first time?

I'VE LEARNED-The Bible can straighten out much of what you learned in church-

DID YOU KNOW-A squirrel cannot contract or carry the rabies virus-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-What kind of person can God use?
2-Why did God chose Hebrews to be his people who would be so despised by other peoples, or were they despised because God had chosen them?
3-Is much of Christianity in the western world mixed up with nationalism and politics?
4-Did the apostle Paul have any siblings?
5-How old was Saul when he encountered God?

BIBLE TRIVIA-What kind of angels did Isaiah see in the temple praising God?
Answer for today-Seraphim    Isaiah  6:1-6

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY     James 4:7
So give yourselves completely to God. Stand against the devil, and the devil will run from you.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Thankful man Father, I am in awe of the depth of Your riches, both of wisdom and knowledge! How unsearchable are Your judgments and unfathomable Your ways! For who has known Your mind, Lord, or who has been Your counselor? Or who has ever given to You, Father, that You should repay him? For from You and through You and to You are all things.  It is to You, our loving and eternal Father, that we give praise and glory forever. Amen.

MAY YOU ALWAYS HAVE LOVE TO SHARE, HEALTH TO SPARE AND FRIENDS THAT CARE!
