HAVE A GREAT SPRING DAY
Here are my thoughts for today
1-Looking outside you dream, looking inside you awaken-
2-Your eyes provide sight, your heart provides insight-
3-Success is a measurement decided by others, satisfaction is a measurement decided by you-
4-Work with your compass, not your clock-
5-Always look at how far you have come, not how far you have to go-
Strange thought-Why do people say "no offense" when they're about to offend someone?
I've learned-Failures are of two kinds-those who thought but never did and those who did but never thought-
5 things I want to know
1-Should the Bible be interpreted word for word and literally in the English language?
2-Does truth ever change?
3-How can something thousands of years old (Bible) apply to today's culture?
4-Is a half truth always an untruth?
5-Is avoiding telling the truth always a lie?
Scripture for today Proverbs 28:22-28
22 Selfish people are in a hurry to get rich and do not realize they soon will be poor.
23 Those who correct others will later be liked more than those who give false praise.
24 Whoever robs their father or mother and says "It's not wrong" is just like someone who destroys things.
25 A greedy person causes trouble, but the one who trusts the Lord will succeed.
26 Those who trust in themselves are foolish, but those who live wisely will be kept safe.
27 Whoever gives to the poor will have everything he needs, but the one who ignores the poor will receive many curses.
28 When the wicked get control, everybody hides, but when they die, good people do well.
