HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Love can be a risky proposition-
2-Fear may fill our world, but it doesn't have to fill our hearts-
3-Jesus can calm our great quaking with his great calming-
4-Fear of insignificance creates the results it dreads-
5-Sin is Godless living-
STRANGE THOUGHT-If moths are attracted to light, why don't they fly toward
the sun?
I'VE LEARNED-There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though
nothing is a miracle, the other as if everything is-
DID YOU KNOW-The ostrich has four eyelids

1-What was Peter's greatest shortcoming?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY Acts 16:25-28
25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing
songs to God as the other prisoners listened. 26 Suddenly, there was a
strong earthquake that shook the foundation of the jail. Then all the doors of
the jail broke open, and all the prisoners were freed from their chains.
27 The jailer woke up and saw that the jail doors were
open. Thinking that the prisoners had already escaped, he got his sword and was
about to kill himself.[a]
28 But Paul shouted, “Don’t hurt yourself! We are all
here.”

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, everything in all Your creation
cries out that You are eternally sovereign, all-powerful, and faithful in Your
works. We are blessed beyond measure by Your handiwork, and Your invisible power
that sustains us and empowers us to walk in victory day after day. Your power is
constant and there is no diminishment over time. On Your appointed day when we
enter the portals of heaven, we will see so much more of Your creative power
that is hidden from view on this side of eternity. Keep us faithful and
respectful of Your almighty power that reigns in heaven and on earth. In the
name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
