HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-When your heart is in pieces, God will mend it with his peace-
2-Worry comes from the realization that we are powerless to affect change
and our lack of faith in God who can-
3-We cannot all do great things but we can do small things with great
love-
4-All that I will someday be, God can see--
5-Some people come into our lives and leave quickly, some stay for awhile
and leave hand prints on our hearts and we are never the same-
STRANGE THOUGHT-Always proof read carefully to see if you any words
out-
I'VE LEARNED-Accept triumph and defeat with equal grace-
DID YOU KNOW-Coffee does not help sober up a drunk person. In many cases,
it may actually increase the adverse effects of alcohol-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Can you be poor if you don't long for anything?
2-Should we crave the favor of God?
3-Why is there a pattern of last second provisions of God answering our
prayers and supplying our needs?
4-Why does God seem to show up at unexpected times in unexpected
ways?
5-Does doing the will of God get easier or harder as you get older?
BIBLE TRIVIA-This new testament passage is from what old testament
book-"He has put his angels in charge of you, to watch over you" Luke
4:10
Answer for today Psalm 91:11
SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY Luke 17:5-6
5 The
apostles said to the Lord, “Give us more faith!”6 The Lord said, “If your faith were the size of a mustard seed,
you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Dig yourself up and plant yourself in the
sea,’ and it would obey you.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Father, there is no mountain we climb today where Your love, faithfulness,
righteousness and justice will not prevail as we walk hand in hand with You. We
are assured of this merciful blessing as we find sanctuary in the shadow of Your
wings. It is Your protection and covering that helps us to process today’s
events through an eternal prism with eyes of faith. You are our Refuge, our
Strength, and our Covering keeping us safe and secure from all alarms as we walk
in the shadow of Your Almighty wings. Thank You for this wonderful assurance.
Amen.
