THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Count it a blessing when God delays the answer to your prayers in order to enlarge your capacity to receive-

2-Never utter a prayer unless you mean it with all your heart-

3-If your word cannot be trusted, then your name becomes worthless-

4-Time is free, but it is priceless.  You cannot own it but you can use it.  You cannot keep it, but you can spend it.  Once you have lost it, you can never get to back-

5-Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT

Tomatoes are technically a fruit.  Does that make ketchup a smoothie?

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Why were women the first to see the empty tomb and not the disciples?

2-Why were the women going to Jesus' tomb to anoint his body if they know it had been securely sealed and guarded?

3-Wouldn't all of Jesus' followers have wanted to go see for themselves that Jesus' tomb was empty?

4-Was the tomb used for Jesus' burial ever used again?

5-Why isn't the empty tomb of Jesus a major symbol of Christianity like the cross has become?
