THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-How marriages survive-"I forgive you", "I love you", Let's move on"-

2-You never know where kind words and good deeds influence will end-_

3-The unselfish effort to bring cheer to others is the beginning of a happieer life for ourselves-

4-No one made a greater mistake than they who did nothing because they could only do a little-

5-A kind and compassionate act is often it's own reward-

After 60, if you don't wake up aching in every joint, you are probably dead-

1-Did Jesus express his criticism and anger with love?

2-Who were the publicans, sadducees and pharisees? 

3-Is the tithe too much for God to expect of us today?

5-Were pharisees really good religious jews who had become legalistic in trying to obey their jewish laws?

SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY

Romans  4:13-16     Abraham and his descendants received the promise that they would get the whole world. He did not receive that promise through the law, but through being right with God by his faith. ¹⁴ If people could receive what God promised by following the law, then faith is worthless. And God’s promise to Abraham is worthless, ¹⁵ because the law can only bring God’s anger. But if there is no law, there is nothing to disobey.¹⁶ So people receive God’s promise by having faith. This happens so the promise can be a free gift. Then all of Abraham’s children can have that promise. It is not only for those who live under the law of Moses but for anyone who lives with faith like that of Abraham, who is the father of us all.

 

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

 

 

Father, thank you for your perfect plan of salvation.  Thank you for the Law that helps me see my sins and for your grace that saves me-

 

 TODAY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. BE A BLESSING, BE A FRIEND, ENCOURAGE SOMEONE, TAKE TIME TO CARE. LET YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS HEAL AND NOT WOUND-
