THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-To live in ignorance of spiritual warfare is the most naive and dangerous thing a person can do-

2-We all need silence and solitude at some point in our life-

3-Our democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are wiling to work and give o those who would not-

4-The US constitution doesn't guarantee happiness, only the pursuit of it.  You have to catch up with it yourself-

5-Rarely, if ever, will God ask you to do something you hate-

1-Why did Jesus tell the story of two houses built on rock and sand to  the Pharisees?

2-Why don't we hear sermons on heaven, hell or judgement today?

3-Would Jesus ministry have had greater impact if it would have been 10-15 years instead of only three?

4-Can the church meet all the needs of all its people?

5-How do we "hunger after righteousness"?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY

Acts 3:14-16       You did not want the One who is holy and good but asked Pilate to give you a murderer instead. ¹⁵ And so you killed the One who gives life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses to this. ¹⁶ It was faith in Jesus that made this crippled man well. You can see this man, and you know him. He was made completely well because of trust in Jesus, and you all saw it happen!
