THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Don't seek more days in your life but more life in your days

2-Lord, we follow you willingly because we trust you implicitly-

3-Adam and Eve went from walking wIth God to hiding from him-

4-God prefers that we do things his way, not because he has to have his way but because he loves us-

5-If being a team player requires doing what is wrong, you are on the wrong team-

Fathers are blessed to be promoted to grandfathers-

 

I'VE LEARNED

The coffee law--as soon as you sit down to a cup of hot coffee, your boss will ask you to do something which will last until the coffee is cold-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Was Jesus giving his disciples and fellow Jews the sermon on the mount as a replacement for God giving the Law to Moses on Mount Sinai as a guide for their conduct and living for him?

2-The centurion who came to Jesus to ask for healing for his servant had to be a Roman gentile.  What caused him to  believe in a Jewish Messiah?

3-Did the Centurion who asked Jesus to heal his servant believe Jesus was God or just a miracle healing Jew?

4-Why did Jesus tell stories (parables) to get his point across?

5-The people who demanded Jesus show them a miracle to prove he was God's son, had they not already seen  and heard about all the prior ones he'd done?
