HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-The right choices you make reflect your integrity-
2-Whether a longing fulfilled is good or bad depends on the nature of the desire-
3-Faithfulness is a virtue but stubbornness is not-
4-Be careful whom  you chose as your closest friend-
5-Spend time with people you want to be like, for you and your friends will surely grow to resemble each other-

STRANGE THOUGHT-We don't need to do anything to grow old except keep breathing-

I'VE LEARNED-While our sins may haunt us, God will honor our faith-

DID YOU KNOW-The letter W is the only letter in the alphabet that doesn't have one syllable; it has three-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-How do you define rich?
2-Is there anything done against you that is unforgivable?
3-Sometimes, does God's kindness to others seem unfair?
4-In what areas are Christians most vulnerable to envy or jealousy?
5-What is the best way to be generous?

BIBLE TRIVIA-Who said "I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this?  Of himself, or some other man?"
Answer   The Ethiopian eunuch    Acts 8:34

SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY   Luke 6:1-5
One Sabbath day Jesus was walking through some fields of grain. His followers picked the heads of grain, rubbed them in their hands, and ate them. Some Pharisees said, “Why do you do what is not lawful on the Sabbath day?”
Jesus answered, “Have you not read what David did when he and those with him were hungry? He went into God’s house and took and ate the holy bread, which is lawful only for priests to eat. And he gave some to the people who were with him.” Then Jesus said to the Pharisees, “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath day.”

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Praying manJust like the persistent weeds, our enemy is ever on the attack trying to choke out the Word of God. Father, we thank You that we can go on the offensive recognizing that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Help us to be vigilant in sin’s fierce war remembering that the crown awaits the conquest as You lead us by Your glorious might.  Help us to do our part in keeping up with the weeds. Amen.

TODAY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. BE A BLESSING. BE A FRIEND. ENCOURAGE SOMEONE. TAKE TIME TO CARE. LET YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS HEAL AND NOT WOUND!
