Tuesday January11, 2011 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Shine up your neighbors halo-
2-When the ball is over, take off your dancing shoes-
3-Attitudes are a matter of choice-
4-If you can't change the facts, try changing your attitude-
5-Whenever you bad mouth someone, you do Satan's work-
STRANGE THOUGHT-I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me-
I'VE LEARNED-We can try to avoid making decisions by doing nothing, but even that is a decision-
DID YOU KNOW-The slash character is called a virgule, or solidus. A URL uses slash characters, not backslash characters-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Did God harden Pharaoh's heart after each plague?
2-Does God harden the sinners heart?
3-Why do you have to use non related scriptures to understand the meaning of many Biblical truths?
4-Does scripture always explain itself?
5-Can you interpret scripture by any other means than by scripture itself?
BIBLE TRIVIA-What two kings are mentioned by the author of proverbs?
Yesterday's answer-Solomon
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY 1 Peter 1:22-25
22 Now that your obedience to the truth has purified your souls, you can have true love for your Christian brothers and sisters. So love each other deeply with all your heart. 23 You have been born again, and this new life did not come from something that dies, but from something that cannot die. You were born again through God's living message that continues forever.24 The Scripture says,
"All people are like the grass,
And all their glory is like the flowers of the field.
The grass dies and the flowers fall,
25 but the word of the Lord will live forever." — Isaiah 40:6–8
And this is the word that was preached to you.
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
