THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Matthew alone records the exact amount of money Judas accepted to betray Jesus-
2-When Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss, Jesus stilled called him friend-
3-The Jewish leaders had Jesus arrested on theological grounds of blasphemy-
4-Jesus first words to Peter were "Come, follow me:.  His last words to him were "you must follow me"-
5-When Pilate offered the Jewish people a choice between two men to be released to them, their names were "Jesus Barabbas" and "Jesus the Messiah"-

Father, The message of the cross may be foolishness to a lost world, but I know it has the power to change lives-
