Saturday September18, 2010 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-Live every day like it were your last because one day it will be-
2-Gentleness is an active attitude of calmness while peacefulness is not a passive submissiveness-
3-You can't be a leader if you are not willing to be led-
4-You can't be a teacher if you are not willing to be taught-
5-It is impossible for pride and humility top live together in a person-
STRANGE THOUGHT-At the start always consider the finish-
I'VE LEARNED-If you won't write it and sign it, don't say it-
DID YOU KNOW-Tonsurphobia is the fear of haircuts-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-In God's sight, is there premature death?
2-Is it God's will for you when a calamity or tragedy befalls you?
3-Is it God's will for any baby to be aborted?
4-Does God give permission for any and all things that happen to a Christian?
5-When a person is freed from sin, does that mean they won't sin again?

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY LUKE 9:37-43
Jesus Heals a Sick Boy
37 The next day, when they came down from the mountain, a large crowd met Jesus.38 A man in the crowd shouted to him, "Teacher, please come and look at my son, because he is my only child.39 An evil spirit seizes my son, and suddenly he screams. It causes him to lose control of himself and foam at the mouth. The evil spirit keeps on hurting him and almost never leaves him.40 I begged your followers to force the evil spirit out, but they could not do it."

41 Jesus answered, "You people have no faith, and your lives are all wrong. How long must I stay with you and put up with you? Bring your son here."

42 While the boy was coming, the demon threw him on the ground and made him lose control of himself. But Jesus gave a strong command to the evil spirit and healed the boy and gave him back to his father. 43 All the people were amazed at the great power of God.

I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
