Saturday October 18, 2008 thought for the day

JUST A LITTLE TOO HOT TODAY
Here are my thoughts for today-
1-A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty-
2-When you reach for the stars you may not quite get one, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either-
3-It is so much easier to be critical than to be correct-
4-If you don't have the strength to impose your own terms on life, you must accept the terms it offers you-
5-Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong-

Strange thought-letting the cat out of the bag is a lot easier than putting it back in-

I've learned-if you are waiting for something to turn up, you might start with your own sleeves-

5 things I want to know
1-Who was the Pharaoh that decreed all Hebrew baby boys be killed?
2-Was Moses being raised to be a future pharaoh of Egypt?
3-When did Moses know he was Hebrew?
4-Why did Moses go to the land of Midian after killing the Egyptian?
5-Why did God harden pharaoh's heart after each plaque to not let the Hebrew people leave Egypt?

Scripture for today-He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city-Proverbs 16:2

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
