HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1-God blesses us in spite of our lives as well as because of our lives-

2-Faith is trusting in advance what will only make sense in reverse-

3-Weave your Christian beliefs into the very fabric of your day, then God will honor your good works and they will in turn honor God-

4-Continue to wait even when God seems late-

5-Love is the only thing that multiplies when we give it away-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT-Good judgement comes from experience and a lot of that comes from bad judgement-

 

I'VE LEARNED-Balance yourself harmoniously-

 

DID YOU KNOW-Diamonds are composed of just one chemical element, carbon-

 

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW

1-Was Jonah harmed in any way while in the great fish?

2-Did Jonah breath while in the great fish?

3-Does God always give everyone a second chance-

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY   John 9:8-12

⁸ The neighbors and some people who had earlier seen this man begging said, “Isn’t this the same man who used to sit and beg?”

⁹ Some said, “He is the one,” but others said, “No, he only looks like him.”

The man himself said, “I am the man.”

¹⁰ They asked, “How did you get your sight?”

¹¹ He answered, “The man named Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. Then he told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed, and then I could see.”

¹² They asked him, “Where is this man?”

“I don’t know,” he answered.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, we are a blessed people who have so much to be thankful for that we can’t keep it to ourselves. We don’t boast in ourselves for we are but human flesh, but we boast in who You are and all that You provide for us. Father, You are the eternal, sovereign God who sends down the rain and snow, who raises up the trees and flowers, who sets the sun and moon in place and yet You have such tender compassion toward the human race that You gave Your only Son to make atonement for our sin. You are great and greatly to be praised among Your people and throughout the universe You created. We honor You through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.
