Tuesday January 27, 2009 thought for the day

A PRETTY WINTER SCENE
Here are my thoughts for today
1-Confidence on the outside begins by living with integrity on the inside-
2-Faith is not simply a patience that passively suffers until the storm is past-
3-Taking responsibility for mistakes is more important than taking credit for good things-
4-If you find opportunities take them, and if you find no opportunities, make them-
5-Love is most satisfying when we give it away-

Strange thought-always and never are two words you should always remember never to use-

I've learned-If you please where you go, you may go where you please-

5 things I want to know
1-Where is God when evil seems to be in control or our lives are in shambles?
2-When does a soul come into existence?
3-Does God's silence mean he is absent or has turned his back on us like he did with Jesus on the cross?
4-Is the punishment of hell eternal or does it end in annihilation?
5-Are sinners in hell destroyed by the flames of hell or just tormented by them?

Scripture for today-Whoever respects the Lord will have a long life, but the life of an evil person will be cut short. A good person can look forward to happiness, but an evil person can expect nothing. The Lord will protect good people but will ruin those who do evil. Good people will always be safe, but evil people will not remain in the land. A good person says wise things, but a liar"s tongue will be stopped. Good people know the right thing to say, but evil people only tell lies. Proverbs 10:27-32

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
