Wednesday January 21, 2009 thought for the day

A PRETTY WINTER SCENE
Here are my thoughts for today
1-The purpose of "fruit bearing" is to bless others-
2-The difference between winners and losers is their will-
3-You become what you think about-
4-One of the most difficult lessons to learn in life is--often less is more-
5-You have to be, before you do, to have lasting inner peace-

Strange thought-You shouldn't go through life with a catchers mitt on both hands, you need to be able to throw something back-

I've learned-Silent company is often more healing than words of advice-

5 things I want to know
1-Does having a heart for God make you sinless?
2-How was it possible for David ( a man after God's heart) to lust after Bathsheba when he already had numerous wives and concubines?
3-To be forgiven by God, do we need to ask for it or just admit we have sinned?
4-Do we sin because we want to or just because who we are?
5-How do we know when repentance is genuine?

Scripture for today-If you correct someone who makes fun of wisdom, you will be insulted. If you correct an evil person, you will get hurt, Do not correct those who make fun of wisdom, or they will hate you. But correct the wise, and they will love you. Teach the wise, and they will become even wiser; teach good people, and they will learn even more. Proverbs 9:7-9

I wish you a day filled with love, laugher, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
