Thursday February 5, 2015 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-Wisdom cannot be stolen from you-
2-Hurting people need the comfort of a listening ear-
3-When you have taken your last breath it is too late to change your destination-
4-In God's Garden of Grace even a broken tree bears fruit-
5-You don't pay love back, you pay it forward-

STRANGE THOUGHT-In some parts of the world it is so hot that people have to live in other places-

I'VE LEARNED-Life brings simple pleasures to us everyday.  It is up to us to make them wonderful memories-

DID YOU KNOW-Every minute, forty seven Bibles are sold or distributed throughout the world-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Who were the Samaritans and what were their beginning?
2-Who was Queen Athaliah.  Could she have been the daughter of Jezebel and King Ahab?
3-Who crossed the Jordan River when it opened up for them to cross into Jordan and then again when one crosses back over?
4-Boaz, a Jew, married Ruth, an Arab.  Was this against Jewish law?
5-Did Jewish law call for divorce after a Jewish man married a non Jewish woman?

BIBLE TRIVIA-What river was turned into blood?
The Nile   Exodus7:20

SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY
20 So Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord had commanded. In front of the king and his officers, Aaron raised his walking stick and struck the water in the Nile River. So all the water in the Nile changed into blood.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Thankful man Jesus, when I chose to surrender my life to You it was not simply an emotional response that would last for a short season. I asked You to be my Lord and Master and to rule my heart forever. Though there have been trials galore that would test my faith and countless remarks that would attack the truths presented in the Scriptures I choose to walk in Your name forever and ever. In the good and bad of life You will always remain my only Lord and Master.

MAY YOU ALWAYS HAVE LOVE TO SHARE, HEALTH TO SPARE AND FRIENDS THAT CARE!
